Artists Statement: My concentration is political commentaries. I try to focus on current issues that people find themselves faced with every day.  I focus a lot on the impingement of racism. It is very personal to me because of the way that I am sometimes treated due to my birthplace being an Eastern European country.  To experience racism, is a very difficult thing. I experience this frequently, which is why this subject has affected my art so drastically. Another affair that impresses upon my art consistently is the effect of humans upon nature. I grew up in a beautiful country, and was constantly surrounded by the humbling allurement of the earth’s disposition. I found myself enveloped completely by the astounding and impactful force of nature’s beauty.  Upon coming to America, there seemed to be a rushing force of disappointment when it came to the way the earth was being treated. I love to represent my feelings towards this through my art. These two things are intensely valuable to me.
